How does the process work?

We start with a walkthrough of your space to understand light, layout, and how you use each room, then propose a plan covering plants, placement, and a maintenance schedule if you'd like ongoing care.

Do you offer one-time installs or ongoing maintenance?

Both. Many clients start with a design and install, then move to a recurring maintenance visit; others just want the one-time setup.

How is pricing determined?

Every space is different, so pricing is based on the number of plants, the size and complexity of the space, and whether you'd like ongoing maintenance. We'll walk your space and send a custom quote.

How often do you visit for maintenance?

Most maintenance clients are visited every 1–2 weeks depending on the plants and space; we'll recommend a schedule after the initial walkthrough.

What happens if a plant doesn't make it?

On any plant we install and maintain, we'll replace it as part of your care plan. Just let us know at your next visit.

Can I pause or adjust my service?

Yes, reach out anytime and we'll adjust your schedule, whether that's a short pause or a change in visit frequency.

Can you work with short-term rentals or staging timelines?

Yes, we regularly work with realtors and rental hosts on tighter timelines and can accommodate turnover schedules.

Can you take care of plants we already have?

Absolutely. We're happy to fold existing plants into a maintenance plan alongside anything new we install.
